- Achieved licensure of some of the first adult-use microbusinesses and adult-use retail dispensaries in New York State.
- Advised dozens of clients throughout the New York State cannabis supply chain, from cultivators and processors to adult-use retail dispensaries and brands, about licensing, corporate structuring, regulatory matters, labor and employment matters, and intellectual property protection.
- Successfully advocated before the New York State Office of Cannabis Management to reverse the agency’s improper revocation of proximity protection from adult-use dispensary client.
- Played an instrumental role in launching an iconic flower brand in New York State.
- Obtained injunctive relief against a prospective buyer of a licensed cultivator after that buyer repeatedly breached the definitive agreements.
- Currently litigating the New York State Cannabis Control Board’s policy of denying entire license applications if a public convenience and advantage waiver request is denied.
